Why Are Those Angry Birds So Damn Angry?
The paid Ipad app Angry Birds HD at $4.99 a pop has been proclaimed the top paid Ipad app for 2010 and there seems to be no stopping these Angry Birds HD in 2011. It was also named the “best app ever” at Macworld. So why are those Angry Birds so damned angry? I have absolutely no idea why, but I do know that this game is so well made that it can become extremely addicting.
The game employs a simple storyline but it is not just a mindless game where you go on a shooting rampage. You will need logic, skill and strategy to bring down the pigs heavily fortified castles. What makes this game addicting is its simple but elegant design and extremely engaging game play where you have to think of ways and various strategies to crush the green pigs. Each bird that you access has its own special power and has a corresponding response to contact and gravity. You have to think about the timing, flight patterns, and physics of the game. Some people say, it’s just a silly game but when you check out Angry Bird’s ranking on itunes you’ll quickly learn that it is the most successful game for the iPad to date. And then it might not seem so silly that over a million crazy iPad users have been afflicted by an Angry Bird addiction.
The angry birds HD iPad app might just be the cure to some of your problems. If you have a child who’s having a temper tantrum because the food in the restaurant is taking too long to arrive, then slip the iPad in front of him and watch him become mesmerized by Angry Birds. I don’t suggest replacing all human contact to keep your kid in line, but an Ipad and an Angry Birds app can sometimes be a less frustrating solution.
If you want to fully experience the game, an iPad is most ideal, although you can also have a lot of fun using the iPhone to play.
Angry Birds is highly recommended for anyone who has an iPad and some time to try to bring those pigs to an early demise. Article by Eddie Woods for Apps Ipad where you can find the Best Apps for iPad & the Mysteries of the iPad 2 Revealed.

Hi Eddie,
I was so clueless about angry birds in last 2 days. Until my office-mates mention that angry birds stuff toys and clothing are now available in any department store or boutiques. Then I asked him about it “what the heck is the angry bird”? Then he introduced it to me since he has children who keep on asking him to buy angry birds stuff toys. Anyway, you explain the game very well in a visual way. Thanks Eddie.
